Speaker Camp
A four day hybrid program carrying the Certified Transformational Training Professional credential, for people who deliver this material themselves.
Chapter 01
Four days, split deliberately
Sixteen hours run online first, then two days onsite. The online half front loads the material so the two live days can be spent presenting rather than listening, which is the part that actually changes how someone teaches.
Live camps run in Nashville, Tennessee; Orlando, Florida; Austin, Texas; and Las Vegas, Nevada.

What the $1,495 includes
The Certified Transformational Training Professional certification, a presenter's manual and workbook, and a review of your own presentation video.
It also carries monthly Zoom coaching with Bill, a marketing and positioning manual, a CTTP challenge coin and lapel pin, a free ticket to the annual conference, and a listing on the RWC Training site as a Certified Transit Training Professional.
Chapter 03
Who it is really for
Agency trainers who already deliver safety material and want it to land better. Supervisors who have been handed a training brief without ever being taught to present. Independent trainers building a practice of their own.
Bill has been on stage across more than twenty industries and is a professional magician trained by Jeff McBride, which is a stranger credential than it sounds until you watch someone hold a room for four hours.
After the camp
The monthly coaching is the part that separates this from a certificate. Presenting is a skill that degrades quietly, and a scheduled call with someone who will tell you the truth about your last session is how it does not.
The annual conference ticket puts you back in a room with the rest of the cohort once a year.
$1,495 per attendee. Live in Nashville, Orlando, Austin and Las Vegas.
