Fifty six hours, blended
Online instruction carries the bulk of the framework, then two days of live Zoom training put it into practice with other people in the cohort rather than alone in front of a video.
Fifty six hours is a real commitment and it is stated up front for that reason. This is a working certification, not a weekend badge.

A year of Bill, not a certificate and goodbye
The certification includes twelve months of monthly Zoom coaching and twelve months of monthly phone calls with Bill. That is twenty four scheduled contacts in the year after certification.
It is the most unusual part of the offer. Most certifications end at the exam, and the first year is exactly when a new coach either builds a practice or quietly stops.
Chapter 03
What comes with it
The Certified Conscious Coach Professional credential, a coaching workbook, a challenge coin and lapel pin, a free ticket to the annual conference, and a listing on the RWC Training site as a certified CCCP coach.
The listing matters more than it looks. Being findable on the site people already trust is often where a new coach's first few clients come from.
Where it comes from
Bill is a certified forensic and therapeutic hypnotherapist, a former college professor and a trained hostage negotiator. The coaching material draws on all three, and on twenty five years of conversations where the other person did not want to be having them.
It pairs with Speaker Camp for anyone who intends both to coach one to one and to present to rooms.
