Operator Safety and Self-Defense from the Seated Position

Court defensible technique for operators and supervisors protecting themselves from the seated position against armed and unarmed attackers. Situational awareness, reasonableness and liability, defensive responses, and documentation after the incident.

Speaker Camp, Certified Transformational Training Professional

Four day hybrid program, sixteen hours online plus two days onsite, in Nashville, Orlando, Austin or Las Vegas. Includes the presenter's manual, monthly Zoom coaching with Bill, a presentation video review and a listing on the RWC site.

Conscious Coach Professional

Fifty six hours blended, online instruction plus two days of live Zoom training, then a year of monthly Zoom coaching and monthly phone calls with Bill. Includes the coaching workbook and a listing on the RWC site as a certified coach.

Roadworthy University at $97, Speaker Camp at $1,495 and the Conscious Coach certification at $995 are fixed published prices. Those are the same for everyone.

Onsite courses, keynotes and customized workshops depend on group size, format and travel, so they are quoted per agency rather than listed. Describe the group and you will get a number.

Transit agencies: Bus and rail operators, frontline supervisors and customer service representatives. Delivered onsite at the depot, or as a session inside an existing safety meeting.
